since the day i bought this, it has not cooled sufficiently, the refrigerator section or the freezer section. iice cream stayed mushy all the time (freezer) and meats were in unsafe temp zone in refrigerator. this replaced an old second-hand refrigerator that far outperformed this one. we had several service calls, one because the coils froze because we had it turned up to high trying to get it to cool, another when a sensor went. but they could never do anything about it cooling properly. i am ready to give this away with the disclaimer of do not use for perishables! it is not even a good beer refrigerator, unless you like barely cool beer.

Everything is good except the door is open to right side and it can not be changed to the other side. When I purchased it, I was not informed about this. It causes some inconvenience.

My 25 year old refrigerator was slowly falling apart. I decided it was time to get a new one and I'm glad I picked this model. So quiet, roomy, and versatile. If I don't need the freezer I can set the freezer to work like a refrigerator! I was surprised how energy efficient it was too.

I bought this couple years ago and it's been working great. The reason I bought this is due to the dimensions and fits perfectly in my kitchen. The only negative is that it has loud sound for the first couple of months.

the whole twin cooling thing is no gimmick, i genuinely cannot tell when it's running, things on the freezer door are as cold as things in the back and it has so much practical space

Does not meet CDC requirements. Temperature in crisper drawers goes above 40 degrees. Main compartment is frequently above 40 degrees. Fails basic requirement-keep food cold.

I have this now for 6 months. It keeps the temperature well, and has a decent amount of overall space.
What I'm not thrilled about are the following:
1. Unless you're actually taking the bins out, they only open 1/2 way.
2. The shelves are all full across. My only fridge had split shelves which gave more adjustability.
3. The door shelves are not adjustable at all, and that's the only place to put anything tall, unless you want to adjust the one movable shelf, which then leaves you with one very tall shelf, and one very shallow one.
If you're not looking to spend a huge amount for a fridge, these are relatively minor issues in the grand scheme of things That's the reason for my rating.

cons:
* small
* noise level
* light design are stupid (not from inside)
* operation and design is unintuitive
* does not comes with water filter
* shelves are uncomfortable

This refrigerator is great! Love the LED lighting, and the styling of this. It keeps food fresh, and everything nice and cold. The ice maker works well, and does not use a lot of freezer room like a lot of other brands. If your in the market for a refrigerator , this is the one for you!
