Not a true Queen

Buys BEWARE. The queen size is about 5 inches shy of being a true queen mattress. This is true for both width and length. A standard queen bed feels like a king compared to this. My partner and I are both 5'7 and about 170lbs each, and our feet typically hang off. And the width is NOT really suitable for comfort. This is much more suitable for one fairly short adult.
I was incredibly disappointed when it was delivered and I realized it was so much smaller than the mattress I had just replaced. Since I had slept on it, Ashley Furniture blamed the issue on Serta and I am just indebted $3,000 until I can pay this off and get a queen mattress of true size. To say I am disappointed is an understatement. Inches matter. To advertise this bed as a queen is false advertising.

We purchased the adjustable bed for our daughter returning to college. She was very disappointed when we set it up and it wouldn't work. We went through all the troubleshooting in the manual and still won't work! So we have a very expensive flat base that won't help my daughter's back. However, to make things worse I've tried to reach customer service for two days and all I get is a recording that all of their employees are out of the office for training! Seriously? It doesn't say if anyone plans on returning or when.

I love my Serta Adjustable bed…….purchased many years ago. I liked it so much I purchased another one for my husband. I am 80 years old and husband is 75. We are older but love our comfort. There is only one issue. Husbands bed got stuck in the upright position. I hopped on the internet and quickly found how to place the bed in a flat position. Had a friend come over to try and find out what was wrong. We figured that it was the wired remote control. My husband is an amputee and really needs a bed that is adjustable. I thought I would try to put my remote control on his bed. It worked. However now I'm without a remote control. I tried calling Serta and eventually got through and found out that I had to deal with Legget and Pratt. I also found out that I had to find a serial number from under the bed that would give info on the remote control. Had to have a friend come over ….again and look for info under the bed on a white sticker. I had his old remote with all the info on it and we found the same manufacturers information on a plaque under the bed. I can't get through to anyone to find out how I can get another remote for my motion essentials 2 bed. I am enclosing a picture of the remote and the information underneath the bed. Any assistance would be helpful and appreciated. Thanking you in advance.

We bought this frame for our daughter before she had back surgery to help with getting her up and down and to allow her to be able to sleep better. We did alot of research and came up with this as being our best option for the money. We have been VERY happy with this. She was impressed that it had USB ports so she could have her "stuff" plugged in and honestly it was very comfortable as I had to stay in her room for the first few nights. The bed is very well made and heavy duty, so you don't want to be moving this around alot, but I felt it was going to withstand the years of use, and I like that bar at the end of the bed to help "hold" the mattress in place. It went together pretty easy also even with the wires etc. All in All I would definatly buy another one, and just might do that for myself at some point!

We have used the Serta motion essentials (Queen) base for two years. We have not had any issues whatsoever and considered it to be a good purchase. More recently, the market for adjustable bases has grown and thus we are upgrading for about the same price as we paid. So, I would say $650 for this base would be ideal, $849 is too much given the new competition, which has additional features, lighting, massage etc.

Fantastic, great adjustment range for both head and feet. This is especially useful after surgeries. This adjustable base makes it difficult to get out of bed. Everything for movie rewatching, too!

We purchased adjustable base from them and after 4 years we had to change our bed and we realized it did not fit in the new bed frame(same size of course). I called their customer service and their rep came out to take a look at it and he told me that the frame is bended on one side and is the reason it does not fit in the new frame. He told us that there was no way we could possibly bended this and this was factory defect and the reason it fit before was the old bed was not as compacted frame compare to the new one. So i called customer service and told them that their own rep told us this is company defect and they did not accept it and did not offer us any discount to purchase a new adjustable base. DO NOT BUY THEIR ADJUSTABLE FRAMES.

this if for your adjustable folding bedframe-queen sized. The upgraded, retails for $849: Good, thoroughly adequate for the purpose. The phone robot won't serve you unless you buy from Serta Online. I actually bought a serta product earlier., an airmattress, Excellent product-I needed no support. Its quality drove me to here for the adjustable bed fame I needed. I also trusted Serta to supply it's own compatible mattress which it did. Because of this HORRIBLE lack of support(phone or online ( a BEAR of a site, BTW) I'll never come here or recommend this firm again. ALL I WANTED WAS A USER MANUAL!' this product is electronic and techy. (God- forbid if I lose to remote

We purchased the Serta Motions Adjustable Bed Frame and iComfort Plush in July 2018 from Mattress Firm. Great experience at first until we noticed about 12 months in, a deep impression right down the middle of the mattress starting to form. Barely 2 years later and the mattress is unusable! After searching other reviews around the internet - there are too many stories of this "hole" happening when the mattress is combined with the adjustable bed frame, despite Serta saying they are compatible. Or course Serta's warranty is cleverly worded with language that is appropriate for spring mattresses "mattress has 1.5-inch depression with no pressure applied to be covered under warranty" - since this is a foam mattress the fabric will lay taut forever. So don't bother with warranties or this adjustable frame gimmick. The up/down of the bed will degrade your mattress quickly.

Let me begin that this review is for the King (Divided) size not Cal King but that was the only option in the drop down. My wife and I bought this base back in early 2020. She suffers from acid reflux and I'm a heavy snorer. We are using this with our Simmons Beautyrest bed that's about 5-6 years old. We have really enjoyed this bed frame ever since we got it. It has really helped my wife be able to sleep better and it greatly reduced my snoring. We also enjoy using it while watching tv. If you have an innerspring type bed this will work--basically a spring mattress made in the last few years. You don't need to buy any fancy new expensive mattresses for this, but you can if you want. We bought ours from a local mattress retailer who came and set it up. We haven't had any problems with it from day 1. I would highly recommend getting this frame if you're looking for something like this.
